SUMMARY

This role is for skilled call center candidates at our Post Office Square, MA location. Applicants must reside in Massachusetts, have EPIC/registration system experience (please specify on resume), and reliable high-speed internet. The position is fully remote post-training (which lasts approximately 2-6 weeks depending on experience) and requires proximity to the site for on-site training if needed. This is an excellent opportunity to advance in the call center field and make a positive impact on patient care.

Under supervision, handles incoming calls, assists patients with appointments and care management, and supports interdisciplinary care delivery. Provides excellent customer service and problem-solving to enhance patient/clinician relationships. Clear communication skills are essential to improve patient access and understanding.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) required.
  • Bachelor’s or non-clinical degree with an interest in healthcare is preferred.
Experience
  • At least one year in a clinical or customer service setting preferred.
  • Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets required.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and aptitude for mastering EMR technology required.
  • High-volume call center experience preferred.
Skills
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of patient documents is a plus.
