This role is for skilled call center candidates at our Post Office Square, MA location. Applicants must reside in Massachusetts, have EPIC/registration system experience (please specify on resume), and reliable high-speed internet. The position is fully remote post-training (which lasts approximately 2-6 weeks depending on experience) and requires proximity to the site for on-site training if needed.
