Job summary

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a customer service oriented Associate to handle incoming calls and walk-in customers in a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will assist with claims paperwork, provide proof of insurance documents, and collaborate with claim representatives.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and the ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 2 years.

• Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
• Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
• Any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
