Job summary

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is hiring a full-time customer service representative in Corydon, Indiana. You will discuss and resolve discount questions, handle billing tasks, collect payments, and set appointments for customers.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of customer service experience and a Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within a year. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for performance bonuses.

• Any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year.
• Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn this information quickly.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interact professionally with our internal and external clients.
• Proficient in using Android and Apple phones.
• Ability to have patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.
