Qualifications

High School Education or equivalent is required.
Minimum one year in a customer service, call center, or closely related field with inbound call experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle irate callers and high-stress situations.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond accurately to consumer, service center & distributor calls regarding policies and procedures.
Verify and authorize warranty coverage for callers.
Provide guidance on warranty and non-warranty service.
Resolve issues for ASC or consumers while enforcing policy.
Provide locations to purchase parts and receive repair service.
Enter orders, provide pricing and stock status to customers.
Other duties as assigned.
