Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer, service center, and distributor calls regarding policies.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage.
• Provide guidance on warranty and non-warranty service; resolve issues.
• Direct customers to parts and repair services; assist with stock and order status.
• Enter orders, provide pricing, and update customers on order status.
