Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers, assist with locating items, and ensure their needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

You may work in various departments, with daily tasks including answering questions, organizing merchandise, and processing orders. Flexibility for part-time shifts and a commitment to customer care are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
