Responsibilities

• Connecting with prospective clients by phone to introduce services and schedule consultations.
• Preparing clients for appointments by reviewing what to bring and what will be covered.
• Sitting in on client meetings to assist with paperwork and answer basic questions.
• Following up with prospects who have not yet scheduled a meeting to continue the conversation.
• Updating the team on client feedback and appointment outcomes so everyone stays aligned.

By mid-morning you have already spoken with several clients, walking them through what to expect at their upcoming meetings and making sure they feel prepared. The rest of your day moves between reaching out to new contacts and keeping conversations going with people who want to learn more.
