Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing and movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed to ensure store readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
