Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising and assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to handle front-end duties and cash register transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service in retail or related fields, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
