Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Ohio who delivers friendly, efficient service and helps keep the store inviting for customers. You will assist with daily operations, merchandising, and front-end duties as needed.

You will handle merchandise receiving, stocking, store cleanliness, and cash register transactions while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. The role supports a part-time schedule with opportunities to grow in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
