Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain store operations.

The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs and maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly store environment. Part-time schedule with opportunities for growth; dedicated to serving customers with efficiency and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
