Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store well stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time opportunity in our local store with flexible hours and team support.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality, or grocery settings.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of following instructions and interpreting standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.

• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
