Family Dollar Stores Of Maryland LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in Waldorf, MD. This part-time role focuses on assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining store presentation.

You will contribute to a positive environment, handle cash responsibly, stock shelves, and support unloading and replenishment activities to meet productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
