Family Dollar Stores Of Maryland LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in Baltimore. You will assist customers, process transactions, manage stock, and help unload shipments while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred and duties may expand with business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
