Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail/customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks repeatedly.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; good problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Operate and restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors; take out trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
