Job summary

Customer Service Associate at Lowe's will welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service throughout their shopping experience. You may work in departments like Appliances, Hardware, or Garden, and will assist with stocking, orders, and checkout as needed.

The role supports customers with product selection, loading merchandise when necessary, and providing accurate information to ensure satisfaction and timely service.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
