Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech like smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as assigned
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
