Job summary

Lowe’s is looking for a Customer Service Associate in the United States to welcome customers, help them find products, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use experience and basic data entry.
• Six months of retail or customer service exposure preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock and organize merchandise; ensure shelves are tidy.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver great service.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and handle other duties.
