Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to welcome customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, efficient service across multiple departments on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other departments to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, etc).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
