Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage including input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut pipe, bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
