Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will listen to questions, assist with merchandise selection, and support loading or moving items as needed.

The role may vary by department and may involve cross-training, stocking, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while following store procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modification, or output.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Preferred: bilingual skills and department trade certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and maintaining organized shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
