Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or >25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help service.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
