Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Lifts at least 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
