Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Fort Worth, TX for a part-time, in-person role. You will help customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders while operating the POS system and maintaining a clean, safe store.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to work with others and stay calm under pressure.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate the register or point-of-sale system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage additional purchases.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to a supervisor.
