Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 Months Experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., cuts, blends, installations).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
