Qualifications

• Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
