Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or up to 25+ lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory in assigned areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, hardware).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
