Job summary

You will assist customers across departments, load merchandise, process orders and deliveries, and keep shelves stocked while delivering friendly, efficient service. Qualifications

• Experience using a computer to input, access, and modify data.
• Experience with common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
