Join Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Gallatin, TN to help customers find products and resolve home improvement needs. You’ll greet shoppers, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise.

You may work across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Paint, with opportunities to cross-train. Lowe’s offers health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company 401(k) match, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and a 10% associate discount.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas of the store
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
