Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solve home improvement challenges. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service in a busy retail setting.

You may work in various departments such as Appliances, Hardware, or Paint, with daily tasks including locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and assisting at checkout. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Certification in department trade (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, lumber/building materials) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
