Job summary

Lowe’s in Dayton, TN is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find the right products, and deliver friendly service throughout the shopping journey.

You’ll support customers with questions, stock shelves, and process orders, with opportunities to learn across departments while earning competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, tuition assistance, a company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and a 10% associate

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Bi-lingual skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
