Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.
• Bi-lingual skills and trade-certification in hardware/kitchen/plumbing/electrical etc preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to maintain high-level customer service.
• Ensure customer needs are met in department-specific tasks.
