Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly, efficient service in-store.

You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and support checkout and problem-solving as needed. The role offers opportunities across departments, including appliances, hardware, and home improvement, with a focus on helping customers meet their home improvement goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted; or 25+ lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
