Job summary

Steinhafels is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate at our Waukesha store. The role includes 2–4 in-store shifts per month and, when not in-store, work from a southeastern Wisconsin home.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in-person and over the phone, informing them about order actions (parts, exchanges, deliveries), and resolving issues promptly. Excellent communication is essential.

Overview

Steinhafels is now recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at our Waukesha location. This position would include an average of 2 - 4 shifts per month working from our Waukesha store office. When not working in our beautiful store, you would work from your southeastern Wisconsin home.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include: Assisting customers in-person and over the phone to inform them of actions taking place regarding their order (part ordered, exchange, delivery, etc...). Troubleshooting and working to resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely manner, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be computer literate, dependable, and have exceptional communication and customer service skills. Prior experience in a customer related field preferred. Working weekends and holidays would be a requirement, as well as some closing shifts.
