ICON Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA1) in Madison, TN to deliver outstanding customer service and drive membership sales. You will be the front line of the guest experience, ensuring a clean, welcoming site and guiding customers through the wash process.

The role offers an entry-level path with on-site training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow into CSA2 and beyond as part of our career progression program.

About the Role
