ICON Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA1) in Dickson, TN to deliver friendly service and drive membership growth. You will greet customers, explain memberships, and keep the site running smoothly.

No prior car wash experience is required as on-site training is provided. This entry-level role offers flexible hours, weekend shifts, and a clear path to CSA2 and leadership as you grow with the company.

Customer Service Associate

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: $14 - $15 per hour + commission (OTE $18+ per hour)
