ICON Car Wash in Antioch, TN is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA1) to deliver outstanding service and drive membership sales. You will welcome customers, explain packages, and guide them through the wash process.

This role offers flexible scheduling, on-site training, growth opportunities, and commission on memberships. You should be reliable, a strong communicator, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment, including weekends and holidays.

Customer Service Associate

Job Level: Entry-Level

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: $14 - $15 per hour + commission (OTE $18+ per hour)

About the Role
