Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or dispatch experience preferred).
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Handle an average of 100 inbound calls per day, accurately capturing customer information.
• Schedule service appointments with technicians in a timely and efficient manner.
• Gather and assess customer information to understand and address their needs.
• Resolve customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first-call resolution.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Document call outcomes, service requests, and relevant customer notes promptly and thoroughly.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to support continuous learning and professional development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
