Hagadone Media Montana is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional for a hybrid Customer Service and Sales role in Kalispell. You will respond to inquiries, resolve subscription issues, and manage subscriptions while promoting and selling to subscribers.

This position blends in-office work with local outreach, requiring strong communication and CRM proficiency, and offers base pay of $18–$19 per hour plus commission, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales; media industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve subscription issues including delivery, billing, and account changes.
• Manage subscriptions (new, renewals, cancellations, holds) in the circulation system.
• Promote and sell subscriptions through calls, email outreach, and in-person events.
• Upsell to existing customers and introduce new products and promotions.
• Track sales activity, maintain call lists, and report results regularly.
• Represent the company at community events, booths, and local outreach opportunities.
• Process orders and payments accurately and support circulation operations.

Based in Kalispell, this role reports to the Circulation Office Manager and offers a mix of in-office work and local community engagement.
