Grant Aviation, an Alaska-based regional carrier, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our rural Alaskan communities. You will book reservations, resolve issues, process payments, and handle data entry while greeting customers in person, by email, and over the phone.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and the ability to lift about 20 pounds. You’ll be based on the road system near our Bethel location and enjoy flight benefits,
