This role emphasizes clear communication, de-escalation skills, and adherence to company policies, with a starting wage of $17/hour and weekly pay plus benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software in work/school setting.
• Clear oral communication skills.
• Ability to deescalate situations and resolve customer complaints.
• Commitment to company policies and core values.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls as clients place meal orders.
• Address questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Input order information into the client order screen.
• Document conversations in the client information database.
• Ensure assigned clients have an order on file.
• Contact case managers via phone, email, and/or fax for special situations.
