Job summary

Mom’s Meals is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Des Moines, IA to assist Spanish-speaking customers with meal orders. You’ll be the first friendly voice, handling calls and inputting orders, with a focus on excellent service.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, weekly pay, PTO, and benefits after 30 days. Work hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm, with possible overtime and a pre-employment drug screen. Address: 7000 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, IA 50321.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for meal orders.
• Input order information into client order systems.
• Document conversations in the client information database.
• Ensure clients are contacted and have an order on file.
• Coordinate with case managers on special situations as needed.
• Maintain professional and efficient service at all times.
