Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, highly organized approach to multi-tasking.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic Excel formulas.
• High energy, enthusiasm, dependability, and adaptability to changing systems and priorities.
• An LCMS background is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer 50–80 incoming customer calls per day, resolving order, billing, and account questions with speed, care, and professionalism.
• Process sales orders, credits, returns, and order updates through our order management system.
• Research and resolve customer issues by reviewing orders, invoices, credits, and product information - or by looping in another department when needed.
• Stay current on new publications, product changes, and special promotions to make the right product recommendations to customers.
• Build lasting relationships with a wide range of customers, from individual shoppers to church and school accounts.
