Job summary

Kendall Hunt Publishing in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative who enjoys helping educators, administrators, bookstores, and students. You will provide support across phone, email, chat and ticket systems, assist with product inquiries, account setup, and orders, and research questions to resolve issues.

This role offers in-office work with flexible Fridays and opportunities for ongoing learning, growth, and collaboration with teams across departments to deliver accurate

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and ticket systems.

• Process a variety of customer order types accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do
