Job summary

Kendall Hunt Publishing Company is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative in Dubuque, Iowa to support educators, administrators, bookstores, and students with a variety of products and services. The role emphasizes curiosity, initiative, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will handle inquiries by phone, email, chat, and ticket systems, and work with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely responses.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and ticket systems.
