Laundry-4U is a fast-growing, family-owned business in Houston seeking a dependable Customer Service Advisor. You will assist customers, complete wash-dry-fold orders, and keep the store clean and welcoming 24 hours a day.

Open availability for 7AM–3PM and 3PM–11PM shifts, plus the opportunity for overtime and growth. High school diploma required with 8+ months in customer service or retail; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Pay ranges from $9.00 to $10.00 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months of customer service or retail experience.
• Basic technology skills with tablets and apps.
• Ability to use Telegram for communication during shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for the 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM shifts.
• Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) needed for this role.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will assist customers, complete wash-dry-fold orders, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Laundry-4U is open 24 hours and ready to assist customers!

Physical Requirements

• This position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pulling, and frequent lifting and carrying of laundry, supplies, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

• Pay: $9.00/hr to $10.00/hr depending on experience
• Unlimited commission available
• Raises available based on performance after the first 90 days and annually
• Overtime opportunities available
