Job summary

Laundry-4U LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a dependable Customer Service Advisor to help customers, process wash-dry-fold orders, and keep the store welcoming. The role uses tablets and a POS system, and requires strong communication and teamwork while offering a 3PM-11PM or 11PM-7AM shift and weekend work.

The position is hourly with potential for raises and bonuses based on performance, plus a weekly in-store laundry stipend and paid time off.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 months of customer service or retail experience.
Basic technology skills (tablets, apps, simple troubleshooting).
Ability to use Telegram for communication during shifts.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.
Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) needed for this role.
Must be 18 or older.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly assistance to customers.
Use tablets/apps to complete wash-dry-fold orders and support daily store tasks.
Process wash-dry-fold payments using the POS system.
Monitor machines and keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
Maintain communication with management and support staff, including reporting machine issues, customer concerns, and any incidents that occur during your shift.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Support store operations with additional tasks as needed.
