Job summary

Laundry-4U is a fast-growing, family-owned business looking for a dependable Customer Service Advisor in Houston, TX. The role involves assisting customers, completing wash-dry-fold orders, and keeping the store welcoming. The shop operates 24 hours, and staff must be flexible for 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM shifts.

You will handle payments via the POS, monitor machines, and report any issues to management. This position requires independence, teamwork, and strong communication, with bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months of customer service or retail experience.
• Basic technology skills to operate tablets and apps.
• Must be 18 or older; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance to customers.
• Use tablets/apps to complete wash-dry-fold orders and support daily store tasks.
• Process wash-dry-fold payments using the POS system.
• Monitor machines and keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain communication with management and support staff, reporting issues and incidents.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Support store operations with additional tasks as needed.
