Job summary

Laundry-4U LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a dependable Customer Service Advisor to assist customers, process wash-dry-fold orders, and keep the store welcoming.

This role requires strong communication, basic technology skills with tablets and POS, and the ability to work 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM, including weekends. Overtime and growth opportunities offered.

Paid time off, a $20 weekly stipend to wash in-store, and opportunities for advancement are also provided.

Laundry-4U is a fast-growing, family-owned business looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Advisor. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, keeping a clean and organized space, and helping customers.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will assist customers, complete wash-dry-fold orders, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Laundry-4U is open 24 hours and ready to assist customers!

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly assistance to customers
• Use tablets/apps to complete wash-dry-fold orders and support daily store tasks
• Process wash-dry-fold payments using the POS system
• Monitor machines and keep the store clean, organized, and safe
• Maintain communication with management and support staff, including reporting machine issues, customer concerns, and any incidents that occur during your shift
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Support store operations with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8 months of customer service or retail experience

• Availability for the 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM shifts

• Must be 18 or older
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!

Shift Times

• 7AM-3PM
• 3PM-11PM

Physical Requirements

• This position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pulling, and frequent lifting and carrying of laundry, supplies, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

• Pay: $9.00/hr to $10.00/hr depending on experience
• Unlimited commission available
• Raises available based on performance after the first 90 days and annually
• Overtime opportunities available
