Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor for remote work in Bulgaria after a one-week training in Varna. The role involves handling inquiries by voice and email, resolving tech and billing issues, and maintaining accurate records in customer systems.

The candidate should have German C1 and English B1 proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. EU work eligibility is required; relocation and a rich benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
• Customer service, technical support or call centre experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to German-speaking customers via voice and email.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve technical and billing-related issues.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems.
• Manage product complaints and collect all necessary information for resolution.
• Ensure customer issues are handled efficiently and within the required processes.
• Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through the defined channels.
• Follow established quality standards, consumer safety requirements and GDPR procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador during customer interactions.
• Identify and include appropriate sales and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
• Share recurring customer issues and insights to support continuous improvement.
